VIP Treatment

I don't believe that the issues that I was facing had anything to do with AOMEI software at all. Rather, my upgrades to my PC hardware was the issue.
AOMEI, customer service rep ,Fiona was excellent in assisting me with navigation of my issues as if I was their only customer, and I appreciate it.

Superior Products, Impeccable Service by rep. Megan Z.

This is one of the very few software companies whose unequalled products, customer-oriented service, and high professional and ethical standards continue to make me want to revisit their website, looking for computer programs I need.
Recently, as I was preparing to write a review about the “AOMEI Backupper Professional” and the “AOMEI Partition Assistant”, representative Megan Z. again did something to impress me.
Nevertheless, I wish to go on record as saying how pleased I am with this company's first-rate products and repeated confidence inspiring service.
I would recommend it highly.

Quick response even on weekends

I use AOMEI Backupper Server since 2023 and it was easy to install and reliable in use. However I need to reinstall the software on my new server as the old one was faulty. Since I have just one license I need to contact the service team. Within one day (on weekends) I got my reply and the problem was solved.

Always a Prompt and Courteous Reply

Anytime I contact AOMEI support via email, a prompt return time with a solution to my inquiry is always received in a professional manner. Lanry Lucky, who fielded my email request this time, is no exception to my prior experience with support. Thanks Lanry

My recent need to contact support was because I needed my Backupper Pro license reset due to replacing my laptop. Removing and adding devices from a license should be included within their account profile for an immediate switch. I deducted one star just fr the inconvenience of having to contact support for donething oter software companies provide to their customers.

Perfect programs and great service

I have both AOMEI Backupper and AOMEI Partition Assistant lifetime licenses for several years now. Both programs work perfectly. And their service is also excellent. I recently bought a new laptop and wanted to re-register these programs, but ran into the registration limit. An email to the service desk to adjust this was processed by them (Lanry Lucky) within 24 hours. So lifetime really means lifetime here!
