11pm delivery unacceptable

Estimated delivery time was 6.15 - 8.15. It was finally delivered at 11.00pm. The whole household was asleep including a young baby. A delivery of large items this late is totally unacceptable.

bad attitude

Was suppose to be a 2 man delivery for a reason, and i had no help off the drivers getting the bed upstairs in my house and had no choice but to struggle by myself to get it upstairs since they didnt feel like doing the job properly. Im not happy with the service at all especially after having to pay more than i should of for the usulessness of the delivery drivers who were lazy couldnt be bothered and rude.

when ever i asked a question it was a problem and i only ever got blunt replies with an attitude which isnt helpful for anyone.
to be honest i would never choose for this delivery service ever again.

Worst delivery company!

Wow! My mother has just been woken up from sleep as they "delivered" the bike - well not actually delivered as left downstairs! at 9 minutes past midnight!! when the delivery window was between 20:14 to 22:14. This is completely unacceptable!
I'm very dissapointed about the whole experience! Who delivers anything after midnight! Wow!!
Wish I could give zero stars!

Urgent: Non-Receipt of Parcel Despite Delivery Confirmation

I am writing to inform you that I have yet to receive my parcel, despite having received multiple different delivery dates. Furthermore, I have now received a confirmation email stating that the parcel has been delivered.

It is quite straightforward that for a parcel to be considered delivered, it must be taken to the customer’s address. Kindly investigate this matter and advise on the whereabouts of my parcel at your earliest convenience.

Worse delivery company

Worse delivery company , package late , I was also supposed to get a message on a day of delivery which I did not get luckily I checked and found out that the package is being delivered. Icing on the cake Driver left everything outside, without notification no doorbell , no knock nothing and everything soaking wet in rain.

Arrived on time, the product was well packaged and complete. The driver was friendly and had obviously handled the fragile contents carefully so they were undamaged .

2 very large boxes ( cabin bed) left in communal hallway!!! My daughter had to try and push boxes to lift to get them to her flat!! Unacceptable and would definitely not recommend. Will be complaining to their head office!! Shocking!!!

Avoid at all costs

Did not deliver when booked for, arrived 3 days late. The app is awful, doesn't update and cannot add delivery instructions. No reply to messages on the live chat.
Will never use again. Will not shop with anyone who uses them.

Norfolk and Good

I called to change the delivery postcode, the lady took all the details and said she was leaving work but for the weekend but would pas it on to a colleague for update Saturday morning message. It was delivered to teh original address aka the wrong address.
The delivery was scheduled between 4:17 and 6:17 and it arrived at 2:37 when I wasn't home. If I had been I would have refused the delivery.

Delivered as professionals

Delivery experience was excellent from start to finish. Haven't inspected item yet but delivery was like clockwork. Very informative about all aspects of movement right upto point of delivery. The driver (Winston) was polite & helpful too. Thank you.
