The vanity desk was of great quality and looked great. Shipment was smooth. Now looking for other furniture from Yanosaku.

We ordered the vanity for our 8 year old granddaughter. Unfortunately, there were several damaged pieces. We contacted the company immediately and was told that the pieces were out of stock, but they would send them directly from the warehouse. However, it has been several weeks, and we have not received the pieces or any follow up emails. My granddaughter is extremely disappointed. At this point, since we have put part of the vanity together, we are at a loss of what to do. We cannot located a phone number to even call customer service. I would not recommend ordering anything from this Company.

I am beyond frustrated with my experience ordering the 70" stand. The company has not sent the missing piece, which is the entire right-side panel—not a minor shelf. I have confirmed multiple times which piece is missing and my address, yet their only response has been to ask me again, sometimes at 3:00 AM my time.

I have reached out via email, Amazon messages, Facebook messaging, and even texting, over the course of 6 days, with no resolution. The rest of the furniture has been sitting in our living room, unusable. This situation is extremely stressful, especially as I am scheduled to have a baby next week.

At this point, I simply need the missing piece shipped immediately or a return label for a refund. The lack of urgency, repeated requests for information I’ve already provided, and total lack of communication is unacceptable. I hope posting this review will finally get management’s attention and resolve this issue.

Didn't match price as website says.. one of the night stand wood is all scratched up

I ordered this item on Sunday, September 3rd. It was estimated to get to me between the 13th and the 18th. It ended up arriving early on Friday, the 8th. I started trying to build my new vanity on Monday the 11th. Sadly I did not receive all of the pieces for my vanity. I was missing screws, and brackets, some of the tracks for the drawers amongst other things and I also received one of the pieces broken. I reached out to customer service and I explained the situation. They processed the reissue request on Wednesday the 13th (or so I thought) and stated they would contact me if there was an update on the logistics. I did not receive a tracking number but I decided to just wait and see if I got one a little later or would just receive an update. A week and a half passed and I had not been contacted so I reached out to customer service again (on Friday the 22nd) requesting an update. They send me a screenshot of the package route. Alright at least I have a tracking number now, which is where I found out they took almost a week to even ship the parts. Package is supposed to be delivered on August 29th. I looked at the tracking and it says out for delivery. It did not get delivered on that Friday. It said on Saturday the 30th it was out for delivery, and it still did not get delivered. Today is September the 5th and it's been stating out for delivery from August 30th to September 2nd. It has not had an update since then and I still have not received the replacement parts. I messaged customer service again on September 3rd and what I got in response was yet another screenshot of the tracking route and a message stating "Please ensure that the address is clear and your mobile phone is accessible". I don't know what that means as there's no address listed on the screenshot they sent me and I haven't received a response since that. I have had this vanity for a month and I have yet to be able to use it. The parts are just sitting in a corner taking up space at this point. I would request that the brand either slow down and make sure everything is in the box before being so quick to send it out and to not cheap out and use mail innovations in case parts are missing cause it seems a horrible shipping option from my experience. I'm not impressed with the service I have received at all. I would not recommend anyone waste their time or money with this bran unless you want be risky and enjoy feeling frustrated.

Update on Sept 15,2025:
I finally received the replacement on the 9th of September. I finally got a chance to start building the vanity today on September 15, just to be very upset because they sent me an incorrect part. I literally took picture of the manual of the parts that I needed and they send me a wrong part. Horrible experience.

2nd update:
It's another month later and I still have not received the part that I'm missing.i asked for a full refund and they said they can only offer me a $20 refund because you can find the part in hardware stores. I've been looking both in store and online and have yet to find the exact piece that I need. 3 months not being able to use the vanity. Reach out again today asking for a full refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND!!

Missing all the hardware to build it sadly. But I have contacted the seller to hopefully get the parts missing sent! I will update my review if I get a response!:)

Honest review- Honestly didn't know what to expect and was nervous about what I was getting, being not many reviews.... ( I also don't leave reviews at all, but with nothing really here, felt this was needed for others in my shoes) Fast shipping, super easy step by step directions. Looks beautiful, just as pictured. STURDY. Great piece of furniture and great seller. Was really impressed actually. This is worth the price for sure. You will not regret buying this. (aside from wishing it was a tish bigger, but that is personal preference, worked for the space I had)

The vanity desk was easy to assemble (although took some time as there are many parts to it!) it looks great. My daughter is very happy. The quality is good for the money we paid.
