I am one of those people who tried so many different kinds of meditation. I found them all so challenging, and honestly, tedious. TM is NOTHING like that! It's effortless, and I actually look forward to doing it twice a day.

I have attended 2 progressive retreats in Switzerland and recently returned from a week long in Orlando with my wife and Son. Yes, it is expensive, but by god was it worth it. My wife has suffered from anxiety for decades and my Son has a hypoxic brain injury, and to witness the transformation in them (and myself) as we all continue the work at home, is pure gold. I would have paid anything to see this for my family. I can only say that those reviews slandering Dr Joe as a fake are either fake themselves, or simply do not apply themselves to the work. Dr Joe is relentless and passionate about his work. To stand on that stage at 63 years old and deliver pearls of wisdom for 12+ hours straight, day in, day out is far from lying on a beach, raking in money from a scam. He will not allow anyone else to deliver this knowledge. That, my dear reader is a man dedicated to service to his fellow man. The research is clearly where the majority of the money goes, not to mention the community projects for veterans suffering from PTSD and in prisons, all for free.  Do not believe the Judas characters slandering him here, but likewise, the work is not a walk in the park. Personally, I have been searching my whole life for answers to life’s big questions and, finally, I have found what I was looking for.  Looking at yourself never is easy, however if you are resolute and open to change, you will finally be welcomed home. 

Bhawna was an excellent guide throughout my third round remuneration process. She explained everything clearly, patiently, and made sure I understood each detail. Her communication was structured, helpful, and extremely professional, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

My experience with the University of Metaphysical Sciences was interesting and eye-opening. The lessons were thought-provoking and helped me look at spirituality from a deeper perspective. It’s a good choice if you’re genuinely curious about metaphysical studies.

Aura created a subscription under a misspelled version of my email, which meant I never received receipts, renewal notices, or any way to access the account. I had no idea the subscription existed until  they told me in a separate conversation a year later.
Even after acknowledging the typo, Aura refused to refund the charge—claiming it was "outside their refund window" despite the fact that the account was never accessible or used.
Extremely disappointing and not a trustworthy billing practice.

Yogi Flight School, led by the amazing Nathania, is one of the most beautifully organized yoga programs I’ve ever encountered. Nathania has an incredible depth of knowledge, which she shares in the most joyful, engaging, and enthusiastic way. The entire team is highly skilled, supportive, and genuinely dedicated to helping every student succeed.
What I love most is how Nathania can break down even the most complex poses into simple, accessible steps, explaining everything with such clarity. People find themselves doing poses they once thought were impossible — and the sense of joy and confidence that brings carries over into everyday life!
During the live Zoom classes, everyone has the opportunity to receive personalized feedback from the instructors, which makes the experience feel intimate and truly tailored. The recorded materials are beautifully organized, user-friendly, and cover everything taught in the program, making it easy to learn at your own pace too.
I wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful school and its entire team. It’s incredibly professional, supportive, and — just as importantly — so much fun!
