this internet company really just feels like a 2.4G landline dishwasher because it feels like my packets are ignorant workers in the employees breakroom 23 hours a day till going in, just had my router lose an antenna it feels like. A dish on my roof would be better. At this point their "maintenance" is just cutting the red wire to a bomb and it goes off again. Bad af.

Feels more like dial up than a fibre connection New problem every week then they proceed to take their sweet time “solving” the issue just for it to happen again the next week Amazing ISP Cannot connect to most London servers lagging my balls off and even tried US servers nope But then I tried mobile data and it worked just fine Even my toaster has a more stable connection at this point I’m fully convinced that their “fibre” is just two tin cans and a string the network be having commitment issues can’t stay connected for 5 seconds Their idea of maintenance is probably blowing on cables hoping it works it’s like my packets are taking 5 word tours before reaching the server could count the pixels honestly that’s if it “loads”

Frist the toke Twice Direct debit I send them an email but they didn't do any thing the I hand to stop the direct debit so they can get back to be but instead they stopped my intrent I called and after I stayed in phone for more the an hour and 30 minutes she told me I have to pay for the tow months nov/dac
When I pay they will get the intrent running with in 30 minutes but now it's been more the three days I have no intrent and no refund for what they toke in October and been calling and sending emails and no thing is been do

I've tried numerous times and had promises of responses, tried to coplrte questionnaires, fill in forms and done everything to speak to someone but to no avail. Still waiting for promised responses after confirming personal details that Youfibre must already have. The customer services are a complete joke!! A disgraceful way to treat customers.

Issue fixed with one chat to Lorato.
I had an issue with my account that there's no need to go into on here. I normally call but thought I would tried the online chat. I did find it a little difficult for me but I'm sure the youngsters wouldn't have an issue. My advisor was Lorato. Hopefully I've spelt that right. My advisor knew I was struggling with the technology but helped me along the way by being patient and telling me not to worry. At the end of the chat all my issues were sorted out. My advisor was polite, helpful and caring throughout. Thank you for your time today and for sorting out my issues. You are a credit to your team.

Had our fibre installed on Sunday by Barend. Perfect service all round. Worked fast and explained the process well. He didn't leave until it was confirmed all working.

Tino (Engineer) came to set up our new broadband and the service was very impressive. He was polite, professional and very friendly. He had to do much hard work because of the complicated wiring. Set up everything clean and running. Before leaving he checked the speed, signal strength and made sure evrything is correctly working. Thank you for the outstanding service.

Great customer service, poor initial installation
I initially got WiFi installed at the beginning of November and took advantage of a Black Friday deal. To be honest the initial installation wasn't great, they weren't willing to put the router where I wanted it to be and didn't explain why very well. Also the guy installing the router was very messy, tacking the wire poorly along the wall (but was happy to move it to be along the skirting once I asked).
The WiFi then broke 5th December, pretty much exactly a month after install. I had a much better experience getting this sorted. Nadia M on the email inbox was very quick to respond and get an engineer booked to come out - I was emailing Friday 7pm and the engineer was booked for Monday morning. The engineer came out, fixed everything and put the box and router in the place I had initially wanted it!
So customer service is a 5*, but the first installation knocks down to a 4* overall. Speeds have been great across the first month, hoping it will be more reliable from now also!

Gone downhill massively.
I have been with them for a few years now and they have gone downhill massively. Trying to sort out a billing issue and I'm struggling to get hold of anyone. When I am able to get hold them they promised that I would have a credit on my account. Received my new bill with no credit on the account. Back waiting on hold for hours trying to get in contact with someone again. It's a massive Joke..
